ここで述べている事は、教師が精神向上を段階的に培うための題材のみである。詳しく書けば21年間追究した膨大な量となり書き記すことができないからだ。細かな内容は、題材を十分に理解した後でいい。
まず、教師が常に意識しなければならないのは、原点である。原点とは原始時代を想定することである。でなければ、教育の行き先が見えない。近代化の中に真の教育はない。原始的な哺乳類の一種である人間という生物に、善と正しいことを植えつける作業が教育だからである。善とは精神、正とは物事。真理を知ることは正である。
近代の人間は、精神は原始時代のままで多少の礼節をわきまえ、時代背景に応じた服装をし、車を運転したり整備された環境に居住しているに過ぎない。精神が原始時代のままだから、教育に行き詰まりがきている。これは日本だけの問題ではない。
そして、人間が人間を通して教育を行うから、いつまでたっても完成された教育にたどりつけないのである。教育の邪魔になっているものを明確に見分けることもできない。そのものになりきってみたり、意識するということが教育には重要である。
例えば、どんな親が理想なのか、赤ん坊になりきってみれば解る。自分が赤ん坊になって見た時、求める親がどんな親であってほしいか、自問自答すれば答えは出てくる。また、人間以外の万物になりきって、人間を客観的に見れば何を教えなければならないか、分かる。哺乳類は人間も含み全て同じである。
五官という五つの感覚器官を見ても同じく、熱いものは熱く、痛いものは痛い、悲しいことは悲しい。こういうことを念頭において動物になりきって人間を眺めたら、人間はどんな生き物に見えるだろう。
他人の子を自分の子と同じであると体得すれば、このように種々の物や精神が浮き彫りとなり心眼で見え出す。人は、少しであるが良心を持って誕生する。しかし、それを奪い去るのは常に大人たちである。大人の基準は、さまざまな損得という欲が常に作用するからである。
人は真理を超えて、正と善を身に常備して万物とその心に対し責務を全うしなければならない。それが人間という生物に与えられた使命であり、人間であるべき価値という報酬で

First, it is the starting point that teacher must always aware. The starting point is assumption of primitive age. If not, we can’t see the goal of education. There isn’t true education in modern times. It is the education that human beings that is one of primitive mammal must be planted the good and right. The god is spirit and the right is thing. Knowing the truth is the right.
Modern human beings only have little propriety with primitive spirits, wear clothes tilled with period background, drive cars and live in taut environment. Because spirits are remainning primitive period,education are breaking down. This isn’t only Japanese problem.
And human beings educate through human beings, then they can’t reach to completed education forever. They can’t distinguish clearly the obstacle of the education. It is important for education theat we become self and have consciousness.
For example, we can understand what parents are ideal when we are babies. When we become babies, what parents we ask, the answer will come out with saying to ourselves. Moreover, we become aeration except human beings and watch human beings objectively. Then we know what to teach. All mammals are same contained human beings.
Like looking at the five sensory organ, hot thing is hot, ache thing is ache and sad thing is sad. If we look at human beings becoming animals by keeping them in mind, what humanbeings are seen?
If we master that other children are same as our own children, we will begin to see by mind eyes developing many things and spirits. A person is born having a little conscience. But robbing them is always adults. The standard of adults is always operated the various desiers like loss and gain.
People must carry out the duty to creation and their heart with right and good beyond the truth. It is the mission given to human beings and the consideration as the value to human beings. At the same time, it is the goal of education.
